Open Positions

Landscaping and Snow Team Lead

As the Landscaping and Snow Crew Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members in providing year-round maintenance to our clients’ properties. This includes lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal. You will be expected to ensure that your team operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team for daily landscape and snow removal tasks - Operate a variety of tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, snow plows, etc.) - Ensure timely completion of spring/fall cleanups, mowing, trimming, edging, raking, pruning, snow shoveling, and other related tasks - Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules and special requests - Provide training and guidance to crew members as needed Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or snow removal - Leadership experience preferred - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Landscaping and Snow Crew Member

The Landscaping and Snow Crew Member works alongside the Crew Lead to maintain the properties of our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are well-kept in every season, contributing to tasks such as mowing, pruning, and snow removal. Responsibilities: - Assist with daily landscape maintenance and snow removal duties - Operate landscaping tools and equipment (trimmers, edgers, blowers, etc.) - Perform tasks such as spring/fall clean-ups, raking, trimming, edging, pruning, snow shoveling, and more Follow the direction of the Crew - Lead and complete tasks safely and efficiently Qualifications: - Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred, but not required - Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Valid driver’s license is a plus - Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Snow Plow Operators

We are currently seeking Snow Plow Operators for the upcoming winter season. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing snow from commercial and residential properties using plow trucks, ensuring safe and efficient service. Opportunities for year-round employment in landscaping are available for the right candidates. Responsibilities: - Operate snow plows and salt trucks to clear snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas - Ensure timely service and safety during winter storms and other weather events - Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs - Maintain accurate records of service using GPS-tracked vehicles Qualifications: - Experience operating snow plows or heavy equipment preferred - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, depending on weather conditions - Reliable and able to work in extreme winter weather
